We offer classes for every level. Each Salt Cycle class is capped at 10 people and Salt Flow/Strive can hold a max of 8 people.  In each of our classes every participant will get the individual attention they need. All classes are booked from online using our website or the Mindbody app on your phone.  Please show up 10-15 minutes early.

 

Salt Cycle 60

Salt Cycle is a Strong, Sweat-drenched, Calorie torching, Work to your edge, riding to the rhythm with beat-bumping playlists, and choreography. A high-energy full-body workout and mind-releasing experience on a bike. Get ready to be motivated!

Salt Cycle 45 is a strong 45 minute Salt Cycle class.

Salt Flow

Flow is the BeachBody program “PiYo”. PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. Class is open to all levels

 

ASLT

We came up with the name while putting up our SALT letters in the studio.  They were laying on the ground that way and we thought what a great name for a new class.  
ASLT is 30 minutes of Salt Cycle and 30 minutes of high intensity body weight training.  This class is not for beginners.

Strive

Our Full Body workouts include interval routines and strength training that are proven to ramp up your metabolism. The interval driven class features timed bursts of intense cardio and cardio strength intervals to blast all major muscle groups. Class is open to all levels.

 
 

Restore

A great class to work on your core goals.  In Salt Restore we focus on core, balance, stretch, and strength.  You will use TRX bands, stability balls, yoga mat, and hand weights to work on your Restore goals. 

Salt Surf

A great class to work on your core goals.  In Salt Surf we use the SurfSet Balance Boards to focus on core, balance, stretch, and strength.

Combination class of Salt Cycle and Salt Flow.  Spending 30 minutes on each workout.
