What makes Salt Fitness different?

Salt Fitness is more than a workout. We are a community-driven fitness experience designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency. Our expert instructors, boutique studio environment, personalized attention, and motivating atmosphere create an experience that keeps members coming back long after the workout ends.

Do I need to be in shape before joining?

Not at all. Every class is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our instructors provide options and coaching to help you challenge yourself safely and effectively.

What types of classes do you offer?

Our programming includes indoor cycling, strength training, circuit training, and specialty classes designed to improve endurance, strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Class offerings vary by location and season.

Can I try a class before becoming a member?

Yes. We offer introductory options for new guests who would like to experience the Salt Fitness community before committing to a membership.

Booking & Attendance

How do I reserve a class?

Classes can be reserved through our online booking platform or mobile app. We encourage members to reserve in advance, as popular classes often reach capacity.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before class begins. This allows time for check-in, equipment setup, and a smooth start to your workout.

What happens if I arrive late?

To preserve the quality and safety of the class experience, late arrivals may not be permitted once class has begun. This policy ensures proper equipment setup, instructor guidance, and minimizes disruption for other members.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled within the designated 2 hour cancellation window. There is a $10 Late cancellation fee, a $15 no-show fee, and clients will loose the class credit.

What happens if a class is full?

You may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified. If you add yourself to the waitlist you are responsible for checking your status. If you do not show up for class there is a $15 no show fee.

Indoor Cycling

I've never taken a cycling class. Is it beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Our instructors guide riders through bike setup, riding technique, and intensity options. You control your resistance and effort level throughout the class.

Do I need cycling shoes?

Our indoor cycling bikes are compatible with athletic shoes and SPD clip cycling shoes. We do NOT provide cycling shoes.

How many calories will I burn?

Calorie expenditure varies based on individual effort, fitness level, and class format.

Strength Training

Will strength training make me bulky?

Strength training helps build lean muscle, improve metabolism, increase bone density, and support long-term health. Most members experience improved strength, definition, and overall athletic performance.

Are strength classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our coaches provide modifications and progressions to ensure every participant can train safely and effectively.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
