Here is some information to get your started:
-Classes are 30 - 45 min.
-We have a 2 hour cancelation policy to give a chance for others to come into class off waitlist but space for you to cancel incase you do not feel well. There is a $10 late cancel fee and $15 no show fee applied to your account.
-ALL purchases are final. A late cancel fee and a no show fee is applied to all accounts if they fail to cancel before the 2 hour window or do not show up. This applies to FREE classes as well.
-We do not offer indoor cycle shoe rental. Bring your own SPD clip in cycle shoes or your own athletic shoes.
-Our studio water is filtered with a Hydroviv water filter so bring your own water or water bottle to refill.
